Description Vintage carnelian stone wrapped in antiqued brass wire, on a 26″ brass chain necklace. This was probably beach found long ago, sometime circa 1950s – 1970s when stone hunting and tumbling was a very popular hobby, along the shores of Lake Superior, a region none for its plethora of beautiful quartz stones of an amazing range of colors.
