Large vintage gilt on gesso framed mirror with red velvet mat. The frame has a running vine and leaf pattern in its central band and the lower border has scalloped edges. The frame itself is vintage, the mirror is a modern replacement for a painting. It is large and made even more substantial by over 3 inches of depth. It could easily be repurposed back to framing art. 59 1/4″w x 47″h x 3 1/2″d. Good condition with some wear consistent with age and some small damaged sections (shown in pictures).
